Yes, products can be picked up at our main office in Farmingdale New York between 10am and 4pm Monday through Friday.
How do I contact the Customer Service Department?
Our Customer Service Department is open 7 days a week. Monday through Thursday we are open from 9:00am to 8:00pm and Friday through Sunday we are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern standard
time.
What is your return/refund policy?
Refunds cheerfully provided under the following conditions:
Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee beginning the
date of delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase you must call customer service at 1-800-943-6465
Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm and Friday to Sunday 9:00am
to 5:00pm. Our guarantee is as follows: We only allow one open bottle
with the first 30 days along with the remaining sealed bottles to
be returned for a refund of your purchase price. (Less shipping and
handling) When returning your package please contact customer service
first. Please also insure your returned package as New Vitality
is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible
for all shipping costs.

Does your company ship to Canada?
Yes we do ship to Canada, but payment must be made in US funds. Canadian customers are subject to PST and GST.
Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?
There are no taxes on any vitamins and nutritional supplements. However, people who live in New York State will have to pay tax on the purchase of health and other items such as skin care or
cosmetic products. (Air Filters, Nightskin, Tautinol etc al. )
