How do I contact the Customer Service Department?

Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?
Sales Tax may be applied to your order, but the amount charged will depend upon many factors, including: the shipping address, the type of product sold and potential exemptions. At the time of checkout, you will be shown an estimated tax amount. The final tax amount you are charged when your order ships might be different than the estimated amount, as Sales Tax rates are constantly changing.
How long does Standard Delivery take?
With Standard Delivery, most products will reach you within 7 to 10 business days. We also offer 5-Business-Day Rush Shipping ($9.99 additional), Second-Day Air Service ($16.99 additional) and Overnight Service ($24.99 additional).
How much is Shipping and Handling?
The cost for shipping and handling is generally as follows:
- 1 bottle: $6.99
- 2 or more bottles: $8.99

What is your Return Policy?
Our products come with a 30 day return policy beginning on the date of delivery. If you have purchased product from us and you wish to return your purchase, return the opened product with any sealed product within 30 days, beginning on the date of delivery, and you’ll receive a prompt and complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. When returning your package, please insure it. New Vitality is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
