Return Policy For Products Purchased From New Vitality
Our products come with a 30 day return policy beginning on the date of delivery. If you have purchased product from us and you wish to return your purchase, return the opened product with any sealed product within 30 days, beginning on the date of delivery, and you’ll receive a prompt and complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Multiple Purchase Return Policy
If you have purchased more than one bottle of any single product and you wish to return your purchase, return the opened bottle with any sealed bottles within 30 days, beginning on the date of delivery, and you’ll receive a prompt and complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Lost Or Damaged Orders From Our Website
Although we take great care in packaging our products to reduce the chance of damage during shipment, sometimes events happen that are beyond our control. We want to assure you that if an order placed with us that is lost or damaged during shipment, it will be replaced and sent to you at no additional cost. In the event this should occur, please follow these instructions:
- Call New Vitality Customer Service at 1-800-943-6465.
- Retain shipping carton and damaged product to insure a claim with USPS or UPS.
- All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of package.
After 5 days, USPS or UPS will not be responsible for damaged products.
